Flex-schedule, Part-time Telemarketing Position

Formax, a New England based corporation focused in providing hardware and software office technology products, is currently seeking to fill a part-time, business-to-business Telemarketing position based in Dover, New Hampshire.  This individual will call on businesses and clients with the purpose of setting up appointments and generating leads for Sales Representatives.

We are looking for a high–energy, results driven individual that is aggressive and ready to learn and succeed in representing a world-class product line backed by an organization that is dedicated to their long-term success.

This position is the perfect opportunity for motivated individuals with customer service and prospecting skills looking to work part time.  We offer flexible hours with bonus incentives on realized appointments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Call on prospects in a specific geographical location, working off call lists and using scripted dialogues.Set up appointments and generate leads for Sales Representatives.Obtain or verify customer information including: address, phone number, email and other pertinent information.Enter appointment information into Outlook.Keep track of leads generated in an Excel spreadsheet.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and telephone skills.Excellent customer service and prospecting skills required.Must be persistent, results driven and motivated to achieve goals.Strong computer and data entry experience required.Must be able to handle rejection in a professional manner.Time management and organizational skills are required.
