The AutoSeal® 2150 Series Production Pressure Sealer is designed to process high-volume jobs up to 27,000 forms per hour, with an unlimited monthly duty cycle. The graphics-based 12” color touchscreen is mounted on a swivel arm, and provides intuitive control of fold type, form length and operating speed. Users can program up to 200 custom jobs, and process forms up to 17” wide and 26” long.
Two configurations are available, each with a pile feeder input: the FD 2150 with 2 automatic fold plates, and the FD 2156 with 6 automatic fold plates.
Fully automated settings include the feeder, transport deck, fold plate stops, deflectors and fold rollers.
Standard features include heavy-duty fold plates, steel-and-urethane fold rollers, safety interlocks, jam detection, and addition/batch counter. Options include the V-Stack36i Vertical Stacker.
